The charges noted herein against public officials are in fact allegations and are/or were filed and were pending and under investigation and/or unlawfully dismissed and ignored by New York State Officials and the courts. Most of the charges brought in several courts in Ontario, Monroe and Wayne County Courts, State of New York, were unlawfully dismissed by the assigned DA's Special Prosecutor of Wayne County, State of New York, who had an undisclosed conflict of interest known by the Special Prosecutor and former SCJ Doran.
This was one more untold reason for the removal of former Ontario County Supreme Court Judge Craig Doran from office. They are playing the same games as with the others across the country when bad police and public officials commit crimes against us as citizens and put innocent people in jail or prison.
Several criminal charges were filed against Michael R. Tantillo, Esq. and two NYSP Agents (Miklos S. Szoczei II, and Aaron B. Dake) but covered up. 8 Independent criminal court Town Court Justices in Upstate New York have all agreed that criminal offenses did occur and sufficient evidence was presented, and filed the criminal charges pursuant to the law. But the DA's and/or Special Prosecutor played games. They Hindered the Prosecution of Lawfully filed Criminal Complaints — Felony charges not being prosecuted.
Alleged Deaths
We believe they killed Ontario County Sheriff's Investigator, Lt. Gregory J. Shaffer, because they found out he was helping Dean prove what they did to him, William M. Dean, in May 2022. And we also believe that they killed the Ontario County Clerk, Matthew Hoose to shut him up in February 2023, one day prior to a State Audit — to which Lt. Shaffer and Dean were investigating for not filing paperwork with the courts, sent for filing by Dean with exhibits of his innocence.
During that time it was discovered that Matthew Hoose had been embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars from Ontario County, and we believe he was killed to prevent him from telling/testifying against several others involved. They wrote them both off as SUICIDES.
This disclaimer is approved by William M. Dean, Victim, falsely imprisoned by Ontario County and the State of New York. I was recently released from New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision. I will continue to fight and prove the injustices in the County and others, and to protect all of our CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, UNDER THE STATE OF NEW YORK AND THE UNITED STATES.
